One of my best friends is someone I met online when I was 11 years old. We have a crazy history over the years that would take a book to explain and would have to ask others to help fill in, but even though we aren’t as close as we used to be, I would still take a bullet for them if I could. I know I can sometimes come across as someone that isn’t open, but they’ve been there for me during some of the worst times of my life especially in my teen years. We were both there for each other’s worst moments in those years and I won’t forget that.
Even though things have been difficult and we’ll never be that close again, I’ve done what I could recently to make it known that I’m there if they ever do need me. If you’re reading this, you know who you are, I apologize for everything I caused, but I’ll be there if you need it in the future. There’s a lot I wish I could get off my chest sometimes, but it would only make things worse for you.
