I miss you
like you’ll never
be able to know.
You were my
best friend of all.
I hope you know
how much you mean.
In life,
you helped.
In death,
you teach.
I learn something
each we talked.
Every time I try
to think of you.
I learned how
to trust someone again.
Learning how to
cope with pain.
Miss you still.
My best friend.
Hope you’re well.
I’m not yet.
I’ll learn to
be better with this;
to cope with death.
You were
my best friend.
My one confidant.
In death,
You’re my best friend.
My help when no one’s there.
Miss you always.
My brother to the end.
This change.
Still miss you.
Life changes things.
I have someone now.
Always remember you
in my heart.
I’m getting better
at helping myself.
It’s cuz of you
I learned how.
Goodbye.
You’re my best friend
to the end.
Beautiful
Thank you friend. I wrote this back in February.
You have to love how things somehow pop to the front of blog readers then – I was happy to have seen it today 🙂
I mean, I wrote it back in February. It had been stored on my phone for a long time before this blog was made and I forgot about it after phone restores and such. I have a couple other poems that are on there I’ll be releasing next week and maybe the week after.
Oh wow! Keep them coming then – your creativity is very inspiring 🙂
Thank you. It’s nice hearing things like on here.
