For me, the worst job I had wasn’t the lowest paying I had, it was my first job out of college. All of my jobs have been in R & D labs at different companies, but the first one I had was terrible for me specifically. I enjoyed the people I worked with and even my direct supervisor, but there were a lot of problems I had with the company and how it treated us that made me search for a new job as soon as I could. It lead me to the hospital job I would have for almost a year afterwards.
This job was terrible for me because of the amount of time I spent just waiting for things to happen. Most of the time I was just waiting on an oven or freezer to continue freezing or heating up these pieces of rubber so that I could test them all on this machine for a specific result. It was terrible just sitting on my phone and then getting yelled at for it.
